Creative Content Production Assistant – Philippines Remote

Transform AI and technology event talks and interviews into social posts, videos, creative assets, and newsletters. Coordinate the content workflow across multiple publishing platforms.

Description

  • Conduct and record conversations with founders, speakers, guests, and other relevant individuals
  • Find strong stories, insights, quotes, and moments in conversations and the existing content library
  • Use thoughtful follow-up questions to draw out compelling, usable content
  • Produce and quality-check short-form videos, graphics, thumbnails, and other creative assets
  • Write captions, social posts, newsletter content, and related copy
  • Protect visual, audio, and brand quality across all creative work
  • Adapt source materials into platform-specific content packages for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and email
  • Sustain a consistent daily social publishing schedule
  • Oversee newsletter production and distribution
  • Create and maintain templates, naming standards, and production workflows
  • Coordinate the watch → record → create → approve → publish process
  • Keep the founder and stakeholders informed about upcoming content and approvals
  • Track audience engagement and content performance
  • Refine the content strategy based on performance findings
  • Spot production bottlenecks and improve the content workflow
  • Increase production speed and efficiency over time
  • Own execution independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • At least two years of hands-on content production experience across social content, short-form video, creative assets, copywriting, and newsletters
  • Strong editorial judgment and the ability to find compelling stories and moments in long-form content
  • Practical experience editing short-form video and producing social-first creative
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Opus Clip, Descript, Claude, Canva, Figma, or CapCut
  • Ability to produce high volumes of content independently while managing and improving workflows
  • Short-form video editing proficiency
  • Clear, conversational copywriting and newsletter writing skills
  • Creative production experience with Canva and Figma
  • Familiarity with AI content tools such as Claude
  • Knowledge of content operations, pipelines, approvals, naming standards, and publishing schedules
  • Ability to track performance and use engagement data to guide content decisions
  • Confidence conducting interviews and eliciting compelling answers
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
  • Comfort working directly with founders, executives, speakers, and senior stakeholders
  • Genuine interest in AI, emerging technology, and human potential
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended noise-canceling microphone and webcam
  • Backup computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Personal computer with an Intel Core i5 or equivalent processor or higher
  • Availability for 40 hours per week from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time
