Conduct Analyst III (Remote, Brazil)

Conduct Analyst III leading behavioral investigations and whistleblower-report analysis for Grupo Boticário. Improve corporate ethics and compliance processes within a Brazilian beauty company.

Description

  • Partner with the company’s support functions on conduct-related matters
  • Lead primarily behavioral investigations, including interviews, document reviews, and analysis of internal databases and tools
  • Compile management reports on hotline activity and investigations, organizing evidence and assessing materiality
  • Recommend ongoing improvements to conduct and investigation procedures
  • Find ways to strengthen whistleblower hotline performance and related analysis and investigation workflows
  • Review inquiries submitted to the Conduct team and provide informed opinions
  • Coordinate with Human Resources, Legal, and Health and Safety for an integrated approach to complaint management
  • Monitor developments in corporate ethics and whistleblower hotlines, share relevant knowledge with the team, and apply it in practice

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Background in corporate ethics, whistleblower hotlines, or compliance-focused roles
  • Experience with risk management, internal audit, compliance, or fraud
  • Substantial experience in corporate ethics, whistleblower channels, and organizational conduct
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulations and established best practices
  • Strong understanding of diversity-related topics and practical experience in this area
  • Ability to examine hotline reports and draw out meaningful patterns and insights
  • Proficiency with analytical tools
  • Excellent written and spoken communication for working with reporters, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Capability to produce clear, concise reports
  • Ability to work with varied teams and appreciate reporters’ perspectives
  • Empathetic and fair approach to sensitive ethical matters
  • Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment
  • English or Spanish is an advantage
  • Google Workspace proficiency is an advantage
  • Investigations or compliance certifications are an advantage
  • Knowledge of forensic technology is an advantage
  • Investigative interviewing experience is an advantage
