Description
- Create landing pages from early concepts through refined, responsive designs
- Build visual languages, patterns, graphic systems, and illustrations for web and product experiences
- Strengthen and extend the White Circle brand across multiple platforms
- Translate brand principles into product experiences and help the product communicate the brand
- Develop concepts for motion, interaction, animation, and other dynamic experiences
- Produce visual assets for launches, campaigns, social channels, events, and other brand initiatives
- Investigate visual directions and develop rough ideas into compelling creative concepts
- Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to bring design concepts into the product
- Shift fluidly between concept development, art direction, and detailed visual execution
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a comparable design role
- A strong portfolio spanning brand and digital design, with particular strength in web work
- Refined visual judgment and close attention to typography, composition, layout, and detail
- Working knowledge of web design and responsive layout principles
- Ability to create graphics and illustrations while exploring varied visual styles
- Understanding of motion and how static visual concepts can move and behave
- Capacity to independently carry projects from early concept through polished delivery
- Curiosity about technology and AI, including how design intersects with software
- Clear communicator who works independently and adapts quickly
- Motion design experience is a strong advantage
- Experience with 3D is a strong advantage
- Creative coding or generative design experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to prototype concepts in code is a strong advantage
