CloudOps Strategic Programs Leader (Hybrid)

Lead strategic programs that advance HPE’s hybrid-cloud software business. Drive executive alignment, governance, transformation, and coordinated execution across functions.

Description

  • Direct executive engagement programs, leadership forums, customer and partner briefings, and strategic planning sessions
  • Align GEO, Country, Sales, and Business Unit stakeholders while gathering market insights and strengthening execution
  • Create executive presentations, business reviews, strategic narratives, and leadership communications
  • Build and oversee operating rhythms, governance processes, and executive reviews
  • Track priorities, risks, milestones, and business performance
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that support CloudOps growth, portfolio adoption, organizational readiness, and business transformation
  • Maintain decision logs, dependency tracking, and action plans to reinforce accountability and remove execution barriers
  • Deliver measurable business results

Requirements

  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
  • Skill in converting strategy into actionable plans and measurable business results
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders across organizations without direct authority
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation, readiness, operating-model, or business-change initiatives
  • Strong business judgment, analytical ability, program management, and governance expertise
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and produce results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Category Management, or Program Leadership
  • Knowledge of sales planning, go-to-market execution, territory and coverage models, channel strategy, or ecosystem business motions
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud, virtualization, cloud management, observability, SaaS, or enterprise software markets
