Channel Partner Presales Solutions Architect Manager

Lead HPE’s partner solutions architecture team for its AI-driven hybrid and multicloud operations platform. Own technical enablement, strategic partner relationships, and joint go-to-market execution.

Description

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a geographically distributed team of Partner Solutions Architects
  • Provide technical direction, career planning, and performance oversight for team members
  • Create and deliver technical enablement strategies for strategic ecosystem partners
  • Equip partners to represent and deploy HPE Cloud Operations Suite solutions effectively
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering on shared initiatives
  • Develop and sustain technical relationships with priority partners
  • Act as the escalation lead for complex technical matters and strategic partnership decisions
  • Create scalable processes, operating practices, and tools for partner technical enablement
  • Set technical standards and quality measures for solution architecture and related documentation
  • Measure and communicate partner certification progress, deployment success, and channel revenue impact
  • Drive hiring initiatives and expand the team’s capabilities
  • Evaluate industry developments, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to shape technical direction and uncover partnership opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
  • At least five years of experience managing people and leading technical teams
  • Ten or more years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting
  • At least three years of experience with technology or channel partners or in partner enablement
  • Advanced knowledge of hybrid and multicloud environments, virtualization, monitoring and orchestration platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Strong familiarity with HPE Cloud Operations Suite products, including OpsRamp, Morpheus Enterprise, Morpheus Essentials, and Zerto, or comparable enterprise monitoring, automation, and data protection solutions
  • Expertise in cloud operations, monitoring, automation, and data protection technologies
  • Demonstrated success building strategic partner relationships and creating joint go-to-market plans
  • Experience delivering technical training, managing certification programs, and developing solutions collaboratively
  • Strong leadership skills across team building, talent development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • Ability to convert business priorities into technical roadmaps and evaluate program performance using KPIs
