Description

  • Work with the store manager to direct all areas of daily retail store operations
  • Support merchandising efforts and product launches
  • Contribute to achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience across products and services
  • Conduct outreach and promotional initiatives, including off-site events when required
  • Train and coach retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service objectives
  • Lead the ongoing development of the store team

Requirements

  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • At least three years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related field
  • Previous management experience
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of wireless terminology, industry developments, and AT&T mobility systems
  • Capacity to work with key stakeholders on initiatives extending beyond the store
  • Strategic outlook with the ability to support and lead change
  • Ability to motivate a team through performance, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Professional judgment to resolve problems and assess issues
  • Self-direction and a results-focused approach
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency
