Bilingual Spanish Assistant Store Manager - AT&T, Minnetonka
Support the AT&T store manager with daily retail operations, merchandising, sales performance, and customer service. Coach sales consultants and help develop the store team at the Minnetonka location.

- Work with the store manager to direct all areas of daily retail store operations
- Support merchandising efforts and product launches
- Contribute to achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience across products and services
- Conduct outreach and promotional initiatives, including off-site events when required
- Train and coach retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service objectives
- Lead the ongoing development of the store team
आवश्यकताएँ
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- At least three years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related field
- Previous management experience
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of wireless terminology, industry developments, and AT&T mobility systems
- Capacity to work with key stakeholders on initiatives extending beyond the store
- Strategic outlook with the ability to support and lead change
- Ability to motivate a team through performance, collaboration, and teamwork
- Professional judgment to resolve problems and assess issues
- Self-direction and a results-focused approach
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency
