Description

  • Represent AT&T in customer interactions.
  • Work independently at scheduled customer appointments.
  • Provide personalized, attentive sales experiences in customers’ homes.
  • Demonstrate products, assess Wi-Fi needs, deliver technology, and resolve issues.
  • Close sales and meet sales goals.
  • Engage existing AT&T customers and warm prospects.
  • Use negotiation and communication skills to make sales.
  • Work a varied schedule to accommodate customer availability.

Requirements

  • At least one year of commission-based and outside sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in upselling to increase customer value and satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Successful completion of background screening, including drug, criminal history, and motor vehicle checks.
