Description

  • Deliver tailored sales consultations in customers’ homes.
  • Represent AT&T in customer interactions.
  • Work independently at appointments scheduled by AT&T.
  • Demonstrate products in person.
  • Assess customers’ Wi-Fi setups.
  • Deliver technology and resolve customer issues.
  • Engage existing customers and warm prospects.
  • Negotiate and close sales.
  • Work varied hours to accommodate customer schedules.

Requirements

  • At least one year of commission-based and outside sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • A record of success in commission sales and meeting sales targets.
  • Skill in upselling to increase customer value and satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Employment depends on passing a background check, including drug screening and criminal history and motor vehicle record checks.
