Support Grainger’s MRO customers at the Midland branch with sales, order fulfillment, and walk-in service. Handle inventory, merchandising, warehouse tasks, and customer vehicle loading.

Description

  • Help walk-in customers find solutions and connect them with products
  • Guide customers through product selection and order entry, then safely pick items and load vehicles
  • Identify sales opportunities and build customer loyalty
  • Adjust communication for email, phone, and face-to-face conversations
  • Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipments
  • Prepare backorders and stock incoming products
  • Support merchandising and replenish the showroom
  • Count inventory
  • Use computer systems for customer service and warehouse tasks
  • Keep the branch clean and aligned with appearance standards
  • Report to the Branch Manager

Requirements

  • Speak both Spanish and English
  • Be available to work at any time during branch operating hours
  • Safely lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance
  • Learn to operate powered industrial equipment
  • Follow safety guidance and process standards, including required personal protective equipment
