Description

  • Provide tailored, high-touch sales experiences in customers’ homes.
  • Manage scheduled AT&T appointments independently.
  • Present AT&T technology and services and meet sales goals.
  • Demonstrate products, assess Wi-Fi needs, deliver technology, and resolve issues.
  • Build relationships with existing customers and engage warm prospects.
  • Use negotiation and communication skills to close sales.
  • Drive a company vehicle for business purposes.

Requirements

  • At least one year of commission-based and outside sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • A record of success in commission sales and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to upsell in ways that improve customer value and satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Availability for a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Employment requires passing background screening, including drug, criminal history, and motor vehicle record checks.
