Associate Research Director (California Remote)

Lead strategic client relationships and end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research programs as an Associate Research Director at Reach3 Insights. Translate mobile-first conversational research into actionable customer insights.

Description

  • Own and expand major strategic client relationships
  • Oversee client relationship management, commitments, and daily business operations
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of market researchers
  • Coach and mentor junior team members
  • Manage quantitative and qualitative research engagements from start to finish
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on research design and delivery
  • Support solution architecture, proposals, methodology, analysis, reporting, deliverables, and operational processes

Requirements

  • Bring 6–8 years of relevant market research experience, ideally with a supplier-side organization, along with a university or college degree
  • Demonstrate practical experience using both quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Design questionnaires and discussion guides
  • Manage research projects effectively
  • Apply data analysis and visualization techniques
  • Write clear, effective reports
  • Use market research software, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally
  • Build trusted client relationships with a strong service orientation
  • Bring an analytical, entrepreneurial approach with strong logic, reasoning, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Show curiosity about emerging technologies and research methods
  • Maintain excellent organization and close attention to detail
  • Handle multiple projects, changing priorities, and deadlines
  • Lead with a positive, collaborative approach
  • Be committed to coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
  • Be eligible to work in the United States
  • Be prepared to complete a background check if required during the final application stage
