Requirements

  • Strong programming ability in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or comparable languages and frameworks
  • Foundational knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and analytical methods
  • Capacity to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and pursue new challenges in artificial intelligence
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical ideas
  • Interest in pursuing a career in the life sciences sector
  • Proactive approach and readiness to take initiative
  • Ability to work productively with others
  • Currently entering the junior or senior year of a degree program the following fall, or entering graduate school; students graduating the preceding spring are also eligible
  • Proof of enrollment, including pre-registration certification for the following fall term
  • Preferred minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Applicants from multiple disciplines may be considered, including marketing, life sciences, general business, and management
