Senior Associate, Business Operations Analytics (Remote, US)

Description

  • Partner with a core team in growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
  • Lead the business unit’s analytical work from problem definition through recommendations.
  • Frame business questions and hypotheses, and clarify which decisions analysis should support.
  • Set performance metrics and create reports.
  • Conduct analyses and design experiments.
  • Identify data insights that improve key business metrics.
  • Present recommendations to colleagues in product, growth, finance, or operations.
  • Explain current results, their drivers, and practical next steps.
  • Move initiatives and decisions forward through implementation.
  • Work across product, growth, technology, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bring at least two years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing technology company.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical ability.
  • Independently retrieve, organize, and interpret data.
  • Show a record of taking ownership of unclear problems and delivering results.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Influence decisions with senior leaders.
  • Use SQL or Python comfortably.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
  • Currently live in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
