Description

  • Develop and oversee technology designs, roadmaps, and lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate technical architecture disciplines to shape innovative architectures and roadmaps.
  • Provide architecture guidance, governance, and recommendations aligned with technical objectives.
  • Set technology architecture strategy, goals, and objectives with department leadership.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to advance architecture principles, standards, methods, and strategic direction.
  • Lead analysis, design documentation, and technical requirements validation for strategic initiatives.
  • Lead or contribute to vendor architecture assessments and reviews.
  • Create technical architectures that reduce costs, improve availability and security, enhance client experience, and increase flexibility.
  • Conduct IT due diligence for growth opportunities and evaluate technology risks and opportunities involving target companies.
  • Manage daily objectives and independently complete non-routine work within established boundaries.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • At least seven years of IT and/or relevant business experience.
  • At least one year of experience as an architect, technical lead, or business analyst.
  • Three years of experience in a relevant domain, including software engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure, networking, storage, information management, organizational development, or business processes.
  • Five to eight years of total IT or security experience in roles such as security engineer, systems analyst, or application security specialist.
  • One to two years of specialized AI security experience designing, testing, or securing machine learning pipelines, LLM deployments, or AI applications.
  • Three years of full-stack development experience.
  • Fluency in Python and server-side JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete work independently within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability during organizational or business changes.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and close attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused service orientation.
  • Ability to lead technical evaluations and research emerging technologies through research and development.
  • Ability to communicate information clearly in both spoken and written forms.
  • Ability to gather decision-making input, encourage participation, and foster collaboration within teams.
