Description
- Enter invoices and debit notes in client portals to support billing operations.
- Track requests and orders in company systems to keep billing workflows moving.
- Maintain organized, current fleet documentation and ensure records are readily available.
- Follow up with clients on administrative requests to support consistent service delivery.
- Assist the designated analyst with departmental activities.
- Prepare and organize administrative documents, records, and reports.
- Handle operational and administrative support for the assigned client portfolio.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience handling administrative routines.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and process-control abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests while meeting deadlines.
