Process invoices, checks, vendor inquiries, and financial records for Insulet’s Omnipod medical device business. Support monthly closings and accounting projects.
Description
- Process incoming invoices accurately and promptly for payment.
- Verify invoices have the required documentation and approvals before payment.
- Print accounts payable checks and obtain the required signatures.
- Distribute signed checks as needed.
- Prepare garnishment checks using payroll reports.
- Respond to vendor inquiries.
- Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate files.
- Provide support to the Corporate Financial Officer, Controller, and branch staff as needed.
- Prepare cleared checks for storage.
- Assist with monthly closing activities.
- Prepare account analyses as requested.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Work with departments, employees, and vendors to resolve issues and support accounting projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least two years of business or medical office experience.
- Knowledge of Dynamics AX or comparable software.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
- Able to sit for extended periods in a general office environment.
