Student Enrollment and Outreach Coordinator - Onsite
Support student enrollment for BridgePrep Academy’s Spanish-enriched education programs through community outreach. Help families move from initial inquiry through application and enrollment.
विवरण
- Represent the school at community fairs and deliver presentations at daycares, youth groups, and community organizations
- Plan cold-calling campaigns and neighborhood canvassing to generate leads and applications
- Follow up with prospective families through phone, email, and messaging
- Respond to family questions, explain application steps, and reconnect with unengaged leads
- Lead onsite and virtual information sessions, campus tours, and family orientations
- Create event photos and videos for campus communications and brand awareness
- Complete application verification calls
- Maintain accurate applicant records and update recruitment tracking systems
- Represent the school as its primary ambassador in local communities
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Recruitment
आवश्यकताएँ
- Demonstrated strength in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Ability to establish trust with diverse families and community partners
- Energetic, self-directed approach with a commitment to ongoing learning and adaptability
- Availability for active field work involving approximately 45% standing, 30% walking, and 25% sitting
- Ability to occasionally exert up to 20 pounds of force
- Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
- Previous experience in community outreach, student recruitment, event planning, sales, or admissions is preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
