- Organize, validate, and quality-check social media performance data across platforms
- Maintain consistent data classifications and measurement frameworks for reporting and analysis
- Find ways to improve data quality, consistency, and usability
- Build, test, and refine automated workflows for scalable social data management
- Quality-check automated processes and identify ways to improve them
- Contribute to recurring and one-off social performance reports
- Gather, organize, and analyze social data on content, platform, and audience performance
- Spot trends, patterns, and anomalies in social performance data
- Present analytical findings as clear takeaways, visualizations, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Work with the Social team on projects to improve how social performance is measured and understood
आवश्यकताएँ
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Data Science, Communications, or a related field
- Careful attention to detail and confidence working with large datasets
- A structured, analytical approach to solving problems
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Interest in social media, digital content, audience behavior, and performance measurement
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
- Familiarity with social analytics platforms such as Emplifi, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and native platform analytics
- Interest in automation, AI, or emerging technology applications in marketing and analytics
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, and pivot tables
- Ability to spot patterns and inconsistencies and investigate their possible causes
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a fast-paced team
- Proof of enrollment in an internship course or confirmation of school credit for hours worked is required
