  • Organize, validate, and quality-check social media performance data across platforms
  • Maintain consistent data classifications and measurement frameworks for reporting and analysis
  • Find ways to improve data quality, consistency, and usability
  • Build, test, and refine automated workflows for scalable social data management
  • Quality-check automated processes and identify ways to improve them
  • Contribute to recurring and one-off social performance reports
  • Gather, organize, and analyze social data on content, platform, and audience performance
  • Spot trends, patterns, and anomalies in social performance data
  • Present analytical findings as clear takeaways, visualizations, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Work with the Social team on projects to improve how social performance is measured and understood

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Data Science, Communications, or a related field
  • Careful attention to detail and confidence working with large datasets
  • A structured, analytical approach to solving problems
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Interest in social media, digital content, audience behavior, and performance measurement
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
  • Familiarity with social analytics platforms such as Emplifi, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and native platform analytics
  • Interest in automation, AI, or emerging technology applications in marketing and analytics
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, and pivot tables
  • Ability to spot patterns and inconsistencies and investigate their possible causes
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a fast-paced team
  • Proof of enrollment in an internship course or confirmation of school credit for hours worked is required
