SFE Data Analytics Specialist (Hybrid, Puchong)

विवरण
- Support the SFE Manager in strengthening commercial execution through SFE and CRM capabilities
- Create tailored reports and dashboards that improve data tracking and visibility for multifunctional teams
- Manage ZIP Online and EZRX distributor portals to assign customers to sales representatives
- Maintain Snowflake mappings between internal and distributor product codes
- Maintain product, customer, and sales representative master data for the IMS Dashboard
- Administer Veeva CRM, including MCCP uploads, data maintenance, troubleshooting, accuracy, SOPs, completeness, and user training
- Support profiling, segmentation, and targeting activities
- Help calculate sales incentives and prepare accurate, timely incentive templates
- Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and sales representative territory design
- Help multifunctional teams identify practical solutions, including customer bases for new product penetration
- Initiate process improvements, continuous improvement programs, performance metrics, and monitoring mechanisms
- Build and maintain working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and distributor business partners
आवश्यकताएँ
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- At least a diploma qualification
- Advanced or power-user proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Comfortable performing routine tasks
- At least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient in Commercial Excellence and sales-force data analysis
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM and ZIP Insider is an advantage
