- Lead end-to-end user acquisition across web and mobile, covering channel strategy, budget planning, and scalable growth.
- Manage investment against cohort ROAS, payback periods, and LTV to maximize efficiency.
- Identify promising audiences, acquisition channels, and growth opportunities in established markets.
- Assess potential new countries, run market tests, and deliver clear go/no-go recommendations.
- Define the channel portfolio across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, ad networks, programmatic, TikTok, and affiliates.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with advertising networks, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Develop scalable tracking, attribution, marketing technology, and experimentation processes.
- Determine which activities should be handled internally and which are best delivered by external partners.
- Run rapid experiments across creative assets, app-store listings, and landing pages with design and content teams.
- Make performance visible, contribute ideas, and take ownership of results at management level.
- Partner with Product, CRM, and BI to convert new players into long-term active users.

- At least five years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, including substantial work in mobile gaming or another data-driven B2C environment.
- A measurable record of scaling significant advertising budgets profitably.
- Hands-on expertise running web and app campaigns across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and networks such as AppLovin, Unity, or Moloco.
- A performance mindset grounded in cohorts, LTV, and payback rather than click volume.
- Practical experience with mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, plus GA4 and server-side tracking.
- Working knowledge of GDPR, consent requirements, ATT, and SKAdNetwork measurement implications.
- Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, including building workflows for creative variants, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete data, work independently, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English and very strong German skills.
- Social casino experience and familiarity with Google, Meta, and app-store advertising policies are advantageous.
- Experience launching products or campaigns in new countries.
- Previous experience building or leading a user-acquisition team.
- A well-established network of gaming ad networks, agencies, and partners.
- Experience with influencer or streamer marketing on Twitch or YouTube, or additional language skills, is advantageous.
