  • Oversee Forward Deployment Engineering delivery throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Align technical strategy, architecture, dependencies, and delivery commitments with product owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Turn complex business needs into scalable, technically sound, and operationally viable technology strategies
  • Lead cross-functional technology programs tied to enterprise priorities, business objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes
  • Assess solution options, uncover gaps, challenge assumptions, and shape decisions across architecture, engineering, product, and delivery
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, resources, and execution challenges while meeting governance, regulatory, and technology standards
  • Promote AI-enabled workflows, agentic program management, and intelligent automation
  • Introduce AI-assisted approaches to reporting, resource planning, risk management, delivery analytics, and stakeholder communications
  • Improve program management operating models with AI, automation, and data-driven insights
  • Promote modern program management methods, engineering practices, Agile delivery, Test-Driven Development, and continuous improvement
  • Analyze delivery metrics, program data, and industry trends to spot bottlenecks and improve resource use
  • Mentor program management colleagues and contribute thought leadership
  • Act as an engaged, high-performing change agent
  • Keep leadership informed and coordinate delivery across FDE, AI Product and Strategy, AI Foundational Services, Information Security, and Cloud Engineering

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least 6 years of technical program management experience
  • Strong knowledge of software and infrastructure design principles, with a record of increasing responsibility
  • Leadership and management experience with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams on complex projects
  • Experience managing program reporting
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including communication with third parties and technical and business teams
  • Ability to clarify objectives, navigate ambiguity and loosely defined problems, advocate for simpler approaches, and influence teams
  • Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Experience with Airtable or Jira agile delivery platforms is a plus
  • Experience overseeing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams delivering technology to expected timelines and quality standards
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or another technical field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred
  • Must be eligible to work for American Express in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
