- Own OUAI brand initiatives spanning strategic planning, advertising, media, consumer insights, activism, events, sponsorships, retail marketing, partnerships, and sampling
- Develop integrated product-awareness campaigns and ongoing brand-building strategies
- Lead media and awareness planning with the Digital team and media agency, including media buys and platform evaluation
- Drive marketing analysis with cross-functional partners
- Create and maintain the global brand marketing calendar
- Oversee global and retailer-specific campaign execution
- Protect brand identity and ensure external materials follow brand guidelines
- Align Product, Digital, and Sales teams on go-to-market plans, messaging, assets, and integrated strategies
- Partner with Digital to amplify campaign messaging and improve conversion
- Build and manage brand collaborations and partnerships
- Lead project kickoffs and post-mortem reviews
- Oversee marketing asset management and presentation development
- Prepare campaign presentations for internal teams, retailers, and marketing partners
- Manage external sampling programs
- Develop retail-partner relationships and execute retailer marketing initiatives
- Create and deliver brand events and activations
- Oversee merchandise development from sourcing through execution
- Direct activism strategy and fiscal donations
- Manage the brand budget and financial reporting
- Create marketing strategies for priority international markets
- Partner with Digital and Sales on kits, promotions, merchandise, limited offers, and retailer exclusives
- Work with Product Development throughout the product lifecycle to embed brand identity in product copy, launch stories, and educational content
- Apply performance hindsight, competitive analysis, and industry trends to shape growth-focused storytelling and promotions
- Manage and develop two direct reports by setting priorities, providing feedback, and overseeing delivery
- Report to the VP, Brand Marketing
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least six years of experience in brand marketing
- Background in beauty or consumer brands
- Strong knowledge of product launches and brand storytelling
- Ability to take ownership of active campaigns, reprioritize quickly, and maintain momentum during a temporary assignment
- Combination of strategic judgment and hands-on execution skills
- Comfort reviewing creative work, removing blockers, and making timely decisions
- Experience connecting campaigns across social, paid media, retail, and digital channels
- Confidence leading three direct reports and collaborating with senior leaders, agencies, and cross-functional teams
- Availability to work full time Monday through Friday
- Must be authorized to work without immigration sponsorship
