- Resolve outstanding customer receivables in Germany
- Run automated dunning processes
- Manage receivables in out-of-court debt collection cases
- Negotiate and prepare settlement and installment payment agreements
- File claims in insolvency proceedings
- Handle correspondence for out-of-court debt settlement cases
- Monitor receivables deemed uncollectible
- Recommend receivables for write-off
- Work with the team to improve process efficiency and maintain quality
