- Manage Industrial Cleaning and SIPA Services categories to optimize the supply base and maximize value
- Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, revenue improvements, and risk reduction
- Use data, total cost of ownership, and should-cost models to shape category strategy
- Develop, implement, and oversee category strategies and commercial agreements
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Establish supplier KPIs and resolve supplier performance issues
- Lead utilization and performance assessments
- Lead strategic sourcing projects from planning and cross-functional coordination through reporting and presentations
- Partner with stakeholders to assess category demand, spend, risks, and business requirements
- Mentor Category Analysts in executing category strategies

- At least six years of relevant supply chain or business experience
- Qualifications and experience aligned with the posted career level
- Technical or advanced degrees strongly considered for higher career levels and grades
