- Set and deliver the Pumps and Seals category strategy across APAC
- Grow sales, profitability and market share
- Oversee product range, pricing, promotions and margins while expanding Motion Own Brand
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage trading agreements and strategic partnerships
- Create regional sales plans and spot new products, technologies and market opportunities across APAC
- Work with sales, supply chain and marketing to improve inventory, S&OP, customer outcomes and growth in each country
- Direct product and business development teams
- Strengthen technical expertise with coaching, training and field support
- Build and sustain trusted working relationships across the business
- Support the store network, its managers and its leaders
आवश्यकताएँ
- Substantial experience in pumps, mechanical seals, fluid handling, rotating equipment or a related industrial sector
- A solid grasp of customer applications and market conditions
- A record of category or portfolio leadership covering product range, pricing, supplier performance, sales plans and commercial results
- Evidence of measurable commercial outcomes, such as sales growth, better margins, market share gains or inventory improvements
- Strong supplier management, including negotiation, trading agreements, supplier reviews and strategic partnership planning
- Ability to manage stakeholders across sales, operations, supply chain, engineering and senior leadership
- Technical, customer-focused skills to understand complex application needs and turn them into practical product solutions
- Experience coaching, mentoring or leading product, technical, sales or business development professionals
- Strategic thinking paired with a focus on execution
- Availability for occasional domestic travel
- Willingness to undertake periodic international travel if required
