Release Train Engineer, Cloud Core Pricing Platform
Lead Agile Release Train delivery for Navy Federal Credit Union’s Cloud Core Pricing Platform. Facilitate PI planning, remove impediments, and coordinate dependencies across teams and programs.

- Facilitate Agile Release Train events such as PI Planning, System Demo, Scrum of Scrums, PI Inspect & Adapt, and PO Sync
- Serve as the next-level escalation point for obstacles raised by Development Teams
- Help teams remove impediments and take ownership of escalated issues that cannot be resolved quickly
- Align planned work with the Release Train value stream and support delivery of PI Objectives
- Maintain Agile Release Train RAID or ROAM logs
- Coordinate dependencies among Development Teams within and across Programs or Agile Release Trains
- Assess staffing and tooling needs with partners
- Coach teams in defining capacity for PI Planning
- Create and manage the program release communication plan and facilitate release planning
- Collect and report delivery performance metrics, including release burndown data
- Maintain and communicate Release Plans
- Partner with Product Management, Systems Architects, teams, management, and key stakeholders
- Support Communities of Practice and strengthen the Agile community across Navy Federal
- Create and deliver training and workshops as needed
- Promote a Lean-Agile mindset and help teams resolve conflicts
- Perform additional duties as assigned
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology
- Proven experience coaching and transitioning teams, programs, and portfolios through successful Agile transformation
- Hands-on experience using Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar tools to support Scrum teams
- Experience developing reporting metrics and dashboards that show value flow
- Track record of leading successful delivery teams
- Professional experience in software development
- Experience leading transformation as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead
- Demonstrated success implementing Agile methodologies
- Experience working with staff, management, stakeholders, and vendors at all levels
- Experience leading, guiding, and coaching professional staff
- Ability to coach and mentor Scrum Masters while empowering delivery teams to adopt agility
- Ability to remove impediments affecting planned team execution
- Ability to create release plans and roadmaps for product or platform releases
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment
- SAFe RTE, Leading SAFe, or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification
- Advanced ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade toward mutually acceptable outcomes
- Advanced ability to motivate and develop team members through teaching and mentoring
- Advanced ability to build effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact
- Advanced problem-solving, collaboration, critical-thinking, team-building, and presentation skills
- Advanced verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheet, diagramming, and presentation software
- Advanced ability to present to virtual and in-person audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
