  • Advise cross-functional teams on nondisclosure agreements and related contract matters.
  • Represent Collins Aerospace in contract transactions and maintain customer relationships.
  • Review nondisclosure agreements and support general contract administration.
  • Manage contract scope, terms, and conditions to support compliance.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve contractual issues.
  • Coordinate communications with internal and external customer program teams.
  • Follow corporate procedures and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Share customer contract requirements across the organization.
  • Connect internal and external customers and respond to stakeholder questions.
  • Work independently with oversight.
  • Manage nondisclosure agreements and engage with program leaders.
  • Negotiate and resolve complex contract matters.
  • Use commercial judgment when assessing high-risk terms and negotiations.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • A university degree and at least five years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and at least three years of experience.
  • Experience managing U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of nondisclosure agreements at the same time.
  • Experience negotiating, executing, and administering contracts, including pricing, statements of work, terms, and conditions.
  • Experience with FAR and DFARS requirements.
  • Understanding of the commercial aspects of nondisclosure agreements and how to quantify risk.
  • Ability to handle routine and complex nondisclosure agreement work across multiple tasks.
  • Experience engaging directly with external customers.
