- Ability to negotiate, compromise, and assess trade-offs with executives and cross-functional partners
- Ability to connect creative decisions with audience needs, product goals, and business objectives
- Demonstrated success helping designers develop and collaborating across disciplines
- Experience using AI tools and agents to explore efficiently, iterate earlier, and generate new ideas
- Experience in both agency and in-house environments
- Side projects that show curiosity, creativity, ongoing learning, and enthusiasm for the future
- A portfolio that reflects personal growth, interests, and creative curiosity
- Availability to work in person at the New York office at least three days per week
