Direct the design and delivery of 3DEXPERIENCE customizations, including data model extensions, triggers, JPOs, MQL/TCL scripts, and EKL logic.
Guide development of 3DDashboard widgets, web forms, tables, commands, and menus.
Own the technical design and support of 3DEXPERIENCE integrations with Ford systems through REST APIs, web services, and middleware.
Manage People & Organization settings, collaborative spaces, organizations, roles, security contexts, and access rules.
Set and uphold coding standards, code review practices, and source control.
Work with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to turn business needs into technical designs.
Act as the top internal escalation contact for critical and complex incidents across the 3DEXPERIENCE suite.
Lead root cause investigations using logs, MQL traces, JVM dumps, database queries, and HTTP or network traces.
Coordinate Dassault Systèmes Support and R&D escalations, service requests, test cases, and hotfix validation.
Run incident bridges during outages and coordinate hosting, development, and supplier teams.
Own root cause reports, problem records, and lasting corrective actions.
Develop knowledge articles, runbooks, and automated resolutions for recurring L3 issues.
Direct performance tuning across JVM/TomEE, databases, indexing, caching, and FCS throughput.
Lead upgrade impact reviews, regression testing, and cutover execution.
Ensure platform changes follow ITIL-aligned change control and approval procedures.
Automate deployments, bulk data operations, and platform health checks with Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.
Lead, mentor, hire, and develop 3DEXPERIENCE developers and escalation engineers.
Plan capacity in Jira and assign resources according to business priorities.
Strengthen L1/L2 support capabilities through training, code reviews, and troubleshooting guidance.
Provide technical leadership and supporting evidence for IT audits.

आवश्यकताएँ

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
At least 8 years of experience with Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE, covering platform customization, development, and administration.
At least 5 years in software development, engineering, and scripting for 3DEXPERIENCE customizations, including EKL, JPO, JAR, YAML, and supporting automation or pipelines.
At least 3 years in escalation and production support for enterprise product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
At least 3 years leading or managing technical teams in an enterprise setting.
Demonstrated experience handling support escalations with Dassault Systèmes or comparable enterprise software vendors.
Experience working in a fast-moving, flexible industrial systems team.
Expert-level experience with large language models and artificial intelligence.
Expert knowledge of MQL, TCL, JPO/Java, triggers, EKL, the 3DEXPERIENCE data model, and Unified Typing.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Tekton, GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform.
Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
Proficiency in JavaScript, 3DDashboard widget (UWA) development, and REST API or web service integration.
In-depth knowledge of 3DSpace, 3DPassport, 3DDashboard, 3DSearch/Exalead, and FCS.
Advanced capability in log analysis, JVM thread and heap dump analysis, and SQL performance analysis with Oracle and/or SQL Server.
Strong understanding of Linux and Windows server operations, OS patch cycles, SSL, and firewalls.
Expert proficiency in Jira and working knowledge of ServiceNow.
Ability to establish engineering standards and guide design decisions.
Ability to explain technical root causes and constraints in terms of business impact to senior leaders.
Deep knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management, along with GRC/SOX audit compliance.
Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to lead steadily through production outages and high-visibility escalations.
Proven ability to build relationships across development, infrastructure, hosting, business, and vendor teams.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred: CAA (C++/Java) development, SSO/SAML identity integration, automotive product development processes, Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE certification, ITIL certification, and SAFe/Agile certification.
