- Manage an assigned portfolio of corporate, institutional, and HORECA customers to meet volume and revenue goals
- Visit customers daily to uncover opportunities and maintain high service standards across all interactions
- Develop lasting relationships with key clients, purchasing teams, and distributors
- Deliver sales and promotional initiatives while maintaining market presence and channel compliance
- Find new business prospects through organized market mapping and competitor analysis
- Work with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to provide a smooth customer experience
- Track sales results, prepare demand forecasts, and share market intelligence with management
- Follow Nestlé requirements for quality, safety, and ethical conduct during all field activities
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline
- 0–4 years of relevant B2B or FMCG field-sales experience, ideally in beverages or foodservice
- Proven ability to manage major accounts and deliver strong execution
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Valid Saudi driving license
