Junior Administrative Assistant
Provide administrative support for records, documents, and daily operations at SysMap Group. This is a hybrid role in Brazil within a technology and innovation group.

- Support the department’s administrative and operational routines
- Maintain spreadsheets, tracking tools, and internal records
- Organize documents, files, and information
- Help track daily requests and activities
- Enter, verify, and update information in internal tracking tools
- Prepare and organize administrative documents and materials
- Track outstanding items and help the team complete planned activities
- Organize schedules, information, and other administrative requests as needed
- Keep departmental tracking tools and information organized and current
- Provide general team support based on operational needs
आवश्यकताएँ
- Use Microsoft Office at an intermediate level, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Have intermediate skills with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and organizing information
- Hold a high school diploma
- Be pursuing a degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Processes, or a related field
