विवरण

  • Advise customers on the ALEX Home suite and serve as the Revenue and Renewal team’s product expert.
  • Build expertise in the products, demo environment, system architecture, security, implementation needs, customer requirements, and sales process.
  • Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and lead solution design for complex, strategic opportunities.
  • Lead discovery, demonstrations, and solution design for prospects, brokers, and clients.
  • Tailor proposed solutions to buyer needs.
  • Respond to solution inquiries, develop tailored designs, and deliver in-depth demonstrations.
  • Explain how APIs, file feeds, and single sign-on integrations fit within customer architectures.
  • Address customer questions about security and data privacy.
  • Resolve questions and objections while distinguishing the product from competitors.
  • Advise on RFPs, security questionnaires, and plan design analysis.
  • Support revenue goals by improving win rates, deal velocity, and solution quality.
  • Develop advanced solution materials and sales talk tracks with Sales Enablement.
  • Share market needs and feedback with Marketing and Product.
  • Contribute to sales strategy and future product planning.
  • Identify suitable customers for pilots and new products based on their systems and security environments.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring at least five years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting, or implementation in benefits administration or HR technology.
  • Have experience designing and demonstrating complex enterprise solutions to C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools is strongly preferred.
  • Understand the broker and carrier ecosystem.
  • Learn product and system details quickly and explain them clearly to customers.
  • Create customer-facing materials that explain product and system concerns in plain language.
  • Have a track record of collaboration across sales, marketing, legal, security, and technology teams.
  • Bring experience working in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Be available to travel up to 25%.
  • For remote work, reside in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
