Insurance Billing Specialist
Process insurance payments and policy changes for One80 Intermediaries, Brown & Brown’s specialty insurance distribution platform. Manage a client caseload, meet service-level targets, and support Premium Accounting operations.
विवरण
- Provide accurate, timely billing and administrative services to carriers, agents, employers, and policyholders.
- Maintain a caseload and deliver services directly to clients.
- Meet processing volume, turnaround, and responsiveness standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to corporate initiatives.
- Process bill payments and policy changes accurately and on time.
- Meet all service-level agreements for the assigned caseload.
- Work with colleagues to maintain service for Premium Accounting clients.
- Contribute to system improvements and special projects, and provide tailored support for new clients.
- Handle other duties as assigned.

- Experience assisting clients by phone and email.
