Global Events Content Delivery Specialist
Support content delivery for AVEVA World and regional events, from agenda and speaker coordination to event readiness, quality control, and reporting. Help deliver consistent event experiences for a global industrial software company.
विवरण
- Develop content strategies, project plans, and readiness activities for AVEVA World and regional events
- Guide stakeholders on session development, content structure, storytelling, and presentation standards
- Coordinate agendas, content collection, session planning, and event platform administration
- Work with logistics, production, audiovisual, IT, and event operations teams
- Track event information, timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Support onsite content operations, including speaker management, content reviews, production coordination, and final readiness checks
- Collaborate with track owners, event teams, agencies, communications teams, and production partners
- Guide speakers through onboarding, rehearsals, registration, approvals, and event preparation
- Track speaker agreements, content approvals, and event registrations to ensure timely completion
- Review agendas, session details, websites, and presentation materials for accuracy and quality
- Check content against brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, and event standards
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and governance across content management systems and event platforms
- Prepare pre- and post-event reports covering speaker, session, and attendee insights
- Evaluate feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage content repositories, reusable assets, templates, and best-practice resources
- Help develop scalable content delivery processes for future events
- Travel occasionally for global and regional events, stakeholder meetings, and onsite delivery
आवश्यकताएँ
- Two to three years of experience supporting conferences, events, meetings, or content programmes
- Experience working with speakers, presenters, and senior stakeholders
- Strong project management, organisation, and prioritisation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event technology platforms
- Experience with content management systems, speaker management tools, or event platforms
- Knowledge of conference agenda management and content workflows
- A cover letter and CV are required
