Director of AI Platform Architecture and Governance
Lead the architecture and governance of enterprise AI platforms supporting Onity Group’s mortgage servicing business. Drive GenAI, Agentic AI, cloud architecture, responsible AI, and production delivery.
विवरण
- Establish and evolve enterprise AI reference architectures, technology standards, and solution patterns
- Build and enhance the Unified AI Platform with reusable services, frameworks, tools, APIs, and engineering capabilities
- Lead technical architecture for scalable, resilient, secure, high-performing enterprise AI solutions
- Assess AI models, frameworks, platforms, cloud services, and vendors through experimentation and technical evaluation
- Embed responsible AI, privacy, security, explainability, compliance, and governance into AI platforms and architectures
- Create and present AI prototypes, proofs of concept, and reference implementations
- Develop reusable AI accelerators, templates, frameworks, and engineering assets
- Architect GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, and intelligent automation solutions
- Set standards for prompt management, model orchestration, vector databases, AI security, guardrails, observability, and AI operations
- Review architectures and provide technical governance before implementation begins
- Coach AI engineers and development teams in architecture, engineering practices, and solution design
- Partner with business, product, enterprise architecture, data engineering, security, risk, compliance, and AI governance teams
- Convert business needs into scalable AI architectures and platform capabilities
- Advance the platform through automation, reusable components, performance optimization, and engineering innovation
- Provide technical leadership across solution delivery, production releases, and complex issue resolution
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology, plus a degree in AI or machine learning from a premier institution
- At least 18 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, cloud architecture, or enterprise architecture
- At least four years of professional AI experience
- Two to four years of hands-on experience delivering production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
- Background designing and implementing enterprise-scale solution architectures
- Demonstrated experience building enterprise AI platforms or AI-enabled applications
- Experience architecting cloud-native AI solutions on AWS
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and business workflows
- Experience establishing reusable architecture patterns, technical standards, and engineering best practices
- Experience in Agile product development and DevSecOps environments
- Experience working with business, product, security, data, and governance stakeholders to deliver enterprise technology solutions
- Experience in financial services, mortgage, banking, or another regulated industry is preferred
