- Manage competing priorities in a startup banking setting
- Assist the AVP of Credit Risk with developing, monitoring, and reporting on credit risk strategies
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses for management and governance committees
- Evaluate origination trends, portfolio performance, and credit execution metrics to surface risks and opportunities
- Help create, maintain, and monitor credit policies and procedures
- Use data analysis and validation practices to maintain accuracy and audit readiness
- Present analytical conclusions in clear, concise summaries for leadership
- Help prepare reporting materials for leadership, committees, and the Board
- Complete ad hoc research projects from data gathering through analysis and presentation
- Build knowledge of credit decisioning systems, underwriting processes, and servicing effects
- Collaborate with internal clients and management
- Gain structured coaching and exposure to leadership and credit governance

- Working knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and visualization methods
- Strong analytical ability and capacity to connect data trends with credit outcomes
- Understanding of consumer credit fundamentals and interest in developing underwriting judgment
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience handling large datasets and complex spreadsheets
- 0–2 years of experience using complex Excel workbooks, querying large multi-table datasets, analyzing data, and presenting findings; consumer loan or lease portfolio analysis, reporting, or forecasting experience is also relevant
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Business Analytics, MIS, or a related quantitative discipline required
- Ability to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot in daily work
- Ability to assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
- Experience incorporating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insight
- Familiarity with AI-assisted research, summarization, and content creation
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, including ethics and data protection
- Must not require visa sponsorship for this position
