  • Reach youth centers, makerspaces, and cultural education venues through digital outreach, phone calls, and in-person contact
  • Maintain a prospect pipeline and monitor the status of up to 100 locations
  • Present Klub’s value to venue managers and educators
  • Own KPIs for active locations and uploaded offerings
  • Represent Klub at industry conferences, networking events, and youth centers
  • Design and deliver onboarding, networking, and workshop formats
  • Plan and execute email outreach and onboarding campaigns
  • Produce guides, templates, and short platform-explainer videos
  • Re-engage inactive locations and investigate the causes of inactivity
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns and brand visibility
  • Develop relationships with organizations, districts, professional associations, and youth welfare offices
  • Convert satisfied locations into Klub Ambassadors
  • Foster a community among participating organizations
  • Monitor pipeline and activation metrics and refine outreach continuously
  • Document effective initiatives and turn them into standardized processes
  • Work with the executive team, Marketing & Community, and Product Development
  • Share feedback from locations with the product team
  • Collaborate with young content creators to support activation on site

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Experience persuading people or organizations to participate through community building, partner management, sales, youth work, or events
  • Startup experience is advantageous
  • Comfort using CRM, email, and project management tools
  • Willingness to call, visit, and persuade organizations you have not previously worked with
  • Ability to write engaging emails and explain complex subjects clearly
  • Persistence combined with a respectful, non-pushy approach
  • Organized working style with dependable follow-up across many contacts
  • Knowledge of youth work, or the ability to learn the field quickly, is advantageous
  • Native-level German proficiency
  • Professional fluency in English
