आवश्यकताएँ
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, mathematics, economics, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience as an IT consultant, business analyst, requirements engineer, or business consultant.
- Banking or payments industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of business processes and IT systems at banks and financial services providers.
- Ability to analyze complex topics, organize them clearly, and turn them into practical solutions.
- Independent, organized, solution-focused working style.
- Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Interest in digital transformation, emerging technologies, and applications of artificial intelligence.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites for project work.
