Opis

  • Advise clients on analyzing, improving, and digitizing business processes.
  • Create business and technical solution concepts with clients.
  • Support projects from requirements analysis through implementation.
  • Turn requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Lead workshops.
  • Connect business units, IT, and development teams.
  • Track developments in banking and payments, including SEPA, instant payments, open banking, and digital payment solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for digitization and practical uses of artificial intelligence.
  • Support presales activities and proposal development.
  • Work with business units, IT teams, and decision-makers at banks, financial services firms, and payment providers.

Zahteve

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, mathematics, economics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience as an IT consultant, business analyst, requirements engineer, or business consultant.
  • Banking or payments industry experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of business processes and IT systems at banks and financial services providers.
  • Ability to analyze complex topics, organize them clearly, and turn them into practical solutions.
  • Independent, organized, solution-focused working style.
  • Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Interest in digital transformation, emerging technologies, and applications of artificial intelligence.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to client sites for project work.
  • Excellent German skills.
  • Good English skills.
