- Deliver engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for Abbott electrophysiology products
- Provide clinical and technical assistance in hospitals treating cardiac arrhythmias
- Cover regional electrophysiology procedures in EP labs and operating rooms
- Serve as the clinical liaison between healthcare professionals and the business
- Build and maintain trusted clinical relationships with customers
- Develop comprehensive expertise in EP products, technical specifications, software, and capabilities
- Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping, diagnostic, and therapy systems
- Partner with electrophysiology sales representatives
- Organize and lead regional training seminars
- Contribute to clinical studies and data collection
- Investigate and resolve product or procedural issues
- Lead or assist with new-product in-service training and demonstrations
- Continually strengthen engineering, sales, and technical capabilities
- Track industry developments, regulatory requirements, Abbott and competitor products, market trends, and strategic priorities
- Share market insights and customer feedback with management
- Travel occasionally for in-person instruction and live procedure support
- Track performance and report progress to the manager

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Meet all vendor credentialing requirements, potentially including COVID-19 vaccination
- Ability to provide clinical and technical support in hospitals, electrophysiology labs, and operating rooms
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle or company car or truck
- Ability to satisfy medical surveillance requirements
