- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials while maintaining compliance with protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate study activities such as site initiation, patient recruitment, data collection, and monitoring visits.
- Work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Biometrics teams.
- Maintain complete study documentation and records in line with regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with study close-out, including data cleaning, analysis, and clinical study report preparation.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
- Prior clinical research or healthcare experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills for collaborating across functions and building relationships with study teams and clinical sites.
- Availability to travel as required.
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based.
