AI Software Engineer at Nokia (Hybrid)
Build enterprise AI and web applications at Nokia, a global connectivity technology company. The role covers cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, identity, databases, and production support.

- Assess business needs and choose suitable technology stacks, frameworks, databases, and deployment architectures for AI and non-AI solutions
- Build and maintain AI-enabled and web applications with Python, Django or Flask, FastAPI, React, REST APIs, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks including LangChain and LangGraph
- Provision and operate application infrastructure on OpenStack and Azure, including virtual machines, hosting, Nginx, HTTPS/TLS, and related services
- Administer Azure identity and application authentication through Microsoft Entra ID, App Registrations, application permissions, OAuth, and secure Azure integrations
- Set up and manage GitLab repositories, contributor permissions, branching and review practices, GitLab Runners on virtual machines, and CI/CD pipelines
- Administer PostgreSQL databases, covering connectivity, migrations, backups, and deployment-related changes
- Launch projects, create initial technical implementations, define coding and architecture standards, and onboard developers
- Keep technical specifications, architecture records, deployment processes, and operational documentation current
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot, and create reusable guidance for AI coding assistants
- Diagnose problems across application, LLM-Gateway API, application API, database, infrastructure, and deployment layers
- Work with internal platform, security, and technology teams while managing secrets and credentials through KeyVaults
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–8 years of Python software development experience using Django, Flask, FastAPI, or comparable frameworks
- Experience developing LLM and generative AI applications, RAG solutions, and AI agents with LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Git, GitLab, CI/CD, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and application deployment
- Practical experience with cloud or virtualized infrastructure, preferably Azure and OpenStack
- Experience with Nginx, HTTPS/TLS, Linux or Windows server environments, and application services
- Working knowledge of React and JavaScript for maintaining web applications
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or comparable tools
- Strong troubleshooting ability and the capacity to independently take applications from requirements and design through development, deployment, and production support
- Ability to investigate emerging AI, software, cloud, and developer technologies, quickly build proofs of concept, and identify enterprise use cases
- Nice to have: Docker or Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell
- Nice to have: Azure AI or Azure OpenAI, vector databases or pgVector, MCP, AI evaluation and observability, RAGAS evaluation, machine learning, and fine-tuning
