Tavsif

  • Lead complex design projects from user research and early concepts through prototypes, presentations, and iteration.
  • Create interfaces and experiences for native iOS and Android apps and responsive websites.
  • Set the visual style and behavior of features, and prepare final designs and interaction details for engineering handoff.
  • Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, then translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Understand buyer and seller needs, challenges, and behaviors, and advocate for their interests.
  • Help maintain the design system and uphold shared design standards.
  • Work with engineering to assess technical implications and design within implementation constraints.
  • Collaborate with product leaders, product managers, and engineers to set strategy and project objectives.
  • Use quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to support design choices tied to business KPIs.
  • Coordinate with research, analytics, marketing, go-to-market, and copy teams.
  • Review product specifications and balance visual quality, performance, accessibility, and the customer journey when making trade-offs.
  • Explain design decisions to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Run design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions.
  • Guide and delegate work across projects with multiple designers.
  • Mentor junior designers, review their work, improve workflow practices, and contribute to recruiting.
  • Deliver medium to large projects, set long-term design objectives, drive measurable KPI results, and advance design system standards.

Talablar

  • 4–6 years in product design, including end-to-end UX work from research and prototyping through iteration and post-launch feedback.
  • A portfolio demonstrating original, complex interface and experience design for native mobile apps and responsive web, with strong interaction and visual craft.
  • Practical experience planning and conducting user research and usability tests, and applying findings to design decisions.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in at least one key area.
  • Strong knowledge of native iOS and Android components and patterns.
  • Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Experience contributing to a design system.
  • Comfort using metrics and qualitative feedback to ground design decisions.
  • Ability to break medium-complexity projects into user stories and deliver medium to large projects with limited supervision.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Experience mentoring designers and providing constructive design feedback.
