Tavsif

  • Produce reporting and metrics covering risks, issues, control deficiencies, self-assessments, control environments, testing, audits, and relevant external events.
  • Provide privacy subject matter expertise to business stakeholders.
  • Assist with privacy risk, impact, and inherent risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with Operational Excellence teams across EMEA, APAC, and LACC to implement and execute privacy risk management standards across International.
  • Promote awareness of privacy standards, controls, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Develop learning programs and guidance materials with GPO and Compliance teams.
  • Help business units design and operate controls that address privacy requirements and reduce privacy risk.
  • Maintain the privacy governance framework, including procedure exceptions, the non-EPCC application inventory, and privacy notices.
  • Contribute to privacy workgroups, projects, and targeted reviews requiring business engagement.

Talablar

  • At least 3 years of experience in operational risk, privacy, compliance, or a related field, preferably in financial services.
  • Understanding or practical knowledge of global privacy regulations, including GDPR and DPDP for privacy and data protection.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-directed, business-focused, customer-oriented, and highly organized with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working in policy- and process-driven environments while maintaining risk management and policy standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and develop recommendations for change.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • SharePoint experience is beneficial.
