Manage bookkeeping operations for international client companies, including transaction processing, reconciliations, invoicing, payables, receivables, and financial reporting. Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant records in a fully remote role.

- Keep financial records accurate and current
- Classify and enter routine financial transactions
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Issue invoices and monitor unpaid balances
- Maintain the general ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Contribute to month-end and year-end close activities
- Produce financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Process employee or business expenses and retain supporting records
- Assist with payroll and other finance administration as needed
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on financial matters
- Keep records organized, accurate, and aligned with company procedures
Talablar
- At least three years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping practices and financial workflows
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or comparable accounting software
- Advanced working ability with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Practical experience handling payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations
- Consistently precise work with strong attention to detail
- Strong organization and effective time management
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and operate remotely
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Dependable internet access and an appropriate home-working setup
- Experience supporting UK, US, Canadian, Australian, or other international companies is beneficial
