Recruiter, Manufacturing and Industrial – Cielo Talent (Remote, New York)
Cielo Talent is hiring a remote Recruiter to support manufacturing and industrial hiring for union-site and client organizations. The role covers full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, candidate engagement, sourcing strategy, and offer support.
Tavsif
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify position requirements
- Share relevant labor-market insights and hiring recommendations
- Work with internal teams to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
- Assess candidates against role requirements
- Present qualified candidate slates and develop talent pipelines
- Maintain candidate engagement through timely status updates
- Collaborate with hiring leaders on offer details
- Use market data and compensation guidelines to inform offer recommendations
- Represent the client’s employer brand throughout the recruitment process
- Provide proactive, timely updates on search progress
- Deliver high-quality talent acquisition support and consultative recruiting expertise
Talablar
- High school diploma
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial roles
- Experience supporting union sites
- Background in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting
- Experience with Workday ATP
- Successful recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools
- Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics
- English proficiency
- Availability to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time
