- Find and secure outstanding talent from around the world.
- Identify and engage exceptional candidates across leading technology hubs and companies.
- Reach passive candidates through thoughtful outreach and professional networking.
- Help implement an AI-first recruiting toolkit using AI agents, technical communities, and alternative sourcing channels.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective candidates worldwide.
- Guide candidates from initial discovery calls through offer close.
- Deliver clear, considerate, high-quality candidate interactions.
- Run structured interviews to evaluate technical ability and cultural alignment.
- Share concise, useful interview assessments with hiring managers and leaders.

Talablar
- At least three years of recruitment experience.
- At least two years recruiting for technology roles.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up.
- Global sourcing experience, including talent from major technology hubs in the US, EU, and LATAM.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- Fluent English.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A goal-focused approach, a sense of ownership, and commitment.
- Able to plan, execute, and contribute strategically in a fast-moving environment.
- Eager to learn and receptive to feedback.
- Comfortable recruiting for products involving uncensored models and content.
- AI recruiting experience or familiarity with the AI sector is a plus.
- Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader talent acquisition work is a plus.
