Implementation Specialist, AML and Fraud Solutions (Hybrid)

Deploy AML, fraud detection, and screening solutions for banking customers from configuration through go-live. Lead integrations, testing, training, documentation, and stakeholder coordination throughout each implementation.

Tavsif

  • Translate customer requirements into working transaction monitoring, customer screening, and fraud detection solutions
  • Assess AML, fraud, and screening needs and recommend effective configurations
  • Set up rules, screening, customer risk ratings, and workflows using relevant policies, algorithms, regulations, and risk factors
  • Lead technical deployments and integrations through APIs or batch processes
  • Support testing, user acceptance testing, approvals, troubleshooting, and production transition
  • Provide functional and technical training for customer teams
  • Manage implementation plans from contract signature through timely, in-scope go-live
  • Keep implementation records current and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Act as the main contact for implementation-related questions and issues
  • Work with Customer Value Partners and share practical feedback with Product, Development, and go-to-market teams
  • Record configuration decisions and supporting rationale for auditors and regulators
  • Take ownership of implementation activities and outcomes to meet completion milestones and agreed go-live dates

Talablar

  • At least six years of experience in implementation or solution consulting
  • Three or more years of hands-on experience delivering AML, fraud, or screening solutions
  • Strong AML and compliance expertise, including typologies, patterns, and regulatory expectations
  • Confidence discussing and defending rule sets with an MLRO
  • Practical experience with SQL, APIs, CSV, JSON, and data modelling
  • Familiarity with SWIFT MT, ISO 20022, SEPA, and card data
  • Experience integrating APIs, JSON payloads, SFTP configurations, and SSO
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex implementations on schedule, preferably for banks or other financial institutions
  • Ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Business-fluent German is an advantage
  • CAMS or an equivalent certification, or experience in a second-line compliance or MLRO team, is an advantage
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude is an advantage
  • Availability to work onsite two to three days per week in a hybrid arrangement
